FTP can not connect


I had get a raidsonic SL3610-2S-LB2,
Firmware Version 2.41C
The FTP function is enable at default.
Can not connect to FTP after start this NAS,
Disable the FTP and re-open FTP,Save this config,
FTP work fine.
Can not connect FTP after restart the NAS,
How to solve the trouble :(

I do not have such a NAS - therefor I´m guessing a little bit.

Is there any possibility adding an user script like do_it? If there is you can create a little script that stops and starts the ftp server after (re)boot.

I fact I wonder a little bit, cause if enabeled - the server should startup with booting. Have you ever tried to RE-flash the firmware? Is there an update?- Try this.

this device seems to use a firmware like the NAS-4220 (same processor).
All user settings are stored on disk. Maybe something went wrong on the system partition.

Is it possible for you to back up you data and re-format the drive(s)?

There does not seem to be a "open" firmware available for running scripts like do_it.
Do you have access with a serial cable, ssh or telnet?
You could create an open Version as described here.

FTP disable or enable in WEB setting, The settings file saved in which file?
