edimax 2502 Raid1 wiederherstellen ohne formatieren

Hallo,

bei meinem edimax 2502 hat sich alles aus irgendwelchen Gründen auf Werkszustand zurück gestellt.

Wenn ich jetzt das Raid wieder einrichten will, sagt das NAS, dass es alle Daten löschen wird, was aber doof ist. Die Partitionen werden erkannt.

Gibts eine Möglichkeit das Raid wiederherzustellen ohne zu formatieren?

Notlösung wäre sonst eine Platte ausbauen und an ein Linuxrechner ranhängen. Ich hab aber keine Möglichkeit auf die Schnelle rund 700GB woanders wegzuschreiben ;(

Bin für jeden Tipp dankbar.

PS. Gibt es eventuell nen Trick wie man da per ssh drauf kommt?

It explains how to load the planex firmware on the Edimax unit and then use the tools set to rebuild the RAID without losing its data.



Not tried myself as I don't have an Edimax, also you might like the Planex firmware better.

Hi Aquar,

thank you for the tip. Yesterday I copied all datas to another hd and rebuild the raid. It's not the best way, but it works.
Maybe I will change the fw because the Edimax-FW is lousy.
